Is ServiceVisit really free for homeowners?
Yes! ServiceVisit is 100% free for homeowners with no time limits, hidden fees, or credit card required. We believe every homeowner deserves access to their property's service history.
How do I claim my property?
Create a free account, navigate to "Claim Property," enter your address, and complete the verification process. We'll verify your ownership and create your Digital Home Passport within 24-48 hours.
Can I manage multiple properties?
Yes! You can claim and manage unlimited properties with your free account, making it perfect for homeowners with multiple properties or rental investments.
What happens when I sell my home?
You can easily transfer the Digital Home Passport to the new owner. This documented maintenance history can increase your home's value and speed up the sale process.

How much does ServiceVisit cost for providers?
Plans start at $29/month for the Starter plan. All plans include a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. See our provider pricing page for details.
How do I add technicians to my account?
Go to Provider Dashboard → Manage Users → Invite Technician. They'll receive an email invitation to create their account and join your team.
How do customers find my business?
Your provider profile appears in our public directory where homeowners search for services. Higher-rated providers with complete profiles appear first in search results.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! All provider plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

Security & Privacy

Is my data secure?
Yes! We use enterprise-grade encryption for all data storage and transmission. All service records are cryptographically verified to prevent tampering.
Who can see my property's service history?
Only you (the property owner) and service providers who've worked on your property can see service records. You control who has access and can transfer ownership when selling.
Do you sell my data?
