Trust is foundational to ServiceVisit. This Trust Center brings together how we approach privacy, security, AI, compliance, availability, accessibility, and our legal commitments, with links to the documents that describe each in detail. ServiceVisit is an evolving platform, and we are committed to strengthening these practices as we grow.

Privacy

We are transparent about the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell personal information for money.

Security

We build security into the Platform with industry-standard authentication, role- and capability-based authorization, encryption in transit and at rest, data isolation, and logging and monitoring, hosted on managed cloud infrastructure.

AI

Our AI assistant, Walter, helps people work more efficiently. Walter assists rather than replaces human judgment, AI-generated information may be inaccurate, and a person stays in control of decisions and customer communications.

Compliance

We design our data-handling practices with privacy and data-protection principles in mind and provide contractual terms for customers who process personal data through the Platform. ServiceVisit does not currently hold formal third-party security or compliance certifications (such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001). We will update this section as our compliance program matures.

Availability

The Platform runs on managed cloud infrastructure with resilient, recoverable databases and storage. We monitor availability through health checks and telemetry and continue to mature our operational practices. We do not currently publish a contractual uptime commitment; any service-level commitments will be set out in a customer's agreement where applicable.
