ServiceVisit Technologies, LLC ("ServiceVisit") is committed to making our websites, web and mobile applications, and related services (the "Platform") usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We view accessibility as an ongoing effort and continue to work to improve the experience for everyone.

1. Our commitment

We aim to design and build the Platform so that people using a range of assistive technologies and input methods can access information and complete tasks. As a guiding standard, we reference the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) published by the World Wide Web Consortium, and we use it to inform our design, development, and review practices.

2. Steps we take

As part of building and maintaining the Platform, we work to:

use semantic, structured markup and clear headings;
support keyboard navigation and visible focus;
provide sufficient color contrast and readable typography;
label form fields and interactive controls; and
consider accessibility when introducing new features.

3. Conformance status

We are working toward conformance with recognized accessibility guidelines. We have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit, and we therefore do not currently claim a specific WCAG conformance level. We will update this statement when a formal assessment has been completed. Some parts of the Platform may not yet be fully accessible, and we appreciate your patience and feedback as we improve.

4. Known limitations

Because the Platform is actively evolving, some content or features may not yet meet our accessibility goals. We prioritize fixes based on impact and the number of people affected. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us (see below) so we can address it and prioritize improvements.
