View Assessments
ServiceVisit keeps a list of your Assessments, the visits where someone looks at the work before a price is committed to. You would open it to see which assessments are coming up, which are under way, and which are finished, or to open one and read its findings and outcome.
The list can be opened on its own or from a Job, where it shows that Job's assessments. Opening a single assessment shows its details, so the office can see where things stand without calling the technician.
Viewing is the starting point for the rest of the assessment steps. Scheduling a new assessment, recording what was found, and handling the visit fee are separate actions from looking at the list.
