Accepting a Service Plan or Package Proposal

A service provider you work with may send you a proposal for a prepaid package or an ongoing service plan. This guide explains how to review one, what you agree to when you accept it, and where to find your plans and packages afterwards.

Before you start

Sign in to your customer account. A proposal sent to your email address by a provider linked to you appears under Service proposals. Take your time: a proposal stays open until its "Respond by" date.

Steps

  1. Open Service proposals. New offers are listed under Ready for your review.
  2. Select the proposal to open it. It is labelled Service proposal and shows the provider, the offering, and the Property it was prepared for.
  3. Read What happens next, then Price: the subtotal, tax and total, a tax statement, and how often you are billed for a plan.
  4. Read Included services and benefits. Each benefit shows its quantity, and some are marked Eligible service or Selection required.
  5. Check Proposal and service dates: Respond by, Service starts, Service ends and Initial term.
  6. For a service plan, read Service-plan terms: the plan structure, renewal, what happens to unused visits, payment grace, what happens after a missed payment, whether service is allowed before a cycle is paid, and partial-payment treatment.
  7. Read the agreement in full. Select Download agreement to keep a copy.
  8. Under Respond to this proposal, select Accept proposal. In Sign to accept this proposal, draw your signature, type Your name, and select Sign and accept. Or add an optional note and select Decline proposal.

What you are agreeing to

Accepting records your signature, your name and the time against the exact proposal and agreement version shown, so what you read is what applies. Accepting does not by itself confirm a payment. For a package, payment and the provider's activation are separate next steps, and the proposal explains the payment arrangement. For a service plan, accepting creates your enrollment, and service for each cycle follows the payment and grace rules shown in the terms. Declining closes the proposal; you can contact the provider to talk about a different option.

Where to find your plans and packages

After you accept, open Plans & Packages in your customer account. Prepaid packages show visits delivered and remaining, the package amount, and a link to download the accepted agreement, plus any installment plan and its next payment. Service plans show visits delivered, any balance due, payment status, renewal and unused-visit treatment, and the end date if there is one. The proposal stays under Proposal history with its exact terms.

If something goes wrong

  • If a proposal says it expired, was withdrawn, or needs to be updated, the provider has to act. You will receive an updated proposal if they replace it.
  • If your acceptance could not be recorded, the proposal may have changed. Open it again, review its current status, and try again.
  • If a plan shows a payment needs attention, it has a grace period end date shown. A plan paused after a missed payment is reactivated by the provider once the balance is resolved.
