Notification History and Mark as Read

The Notifications page keeps a full list of everything sent to you in the app, including items you have already read. Use it to find a notification you cleared from the bell, to work through a backlog, or to mark many items read in one go. Read notifications stay in your history; reading one does not remove it.

Before you start

The page is available to every signed-in provider user on every plan, and shows only your own notifications. Unread items have a blue background and a blue dot beside the time. Read items have a white background.

Steps

  1. Open the bell in the top bar and select Notification history · Last 7 days at the bottom of the panel. The page opens with the title Notifications.
  2. Set the filters at the top. Each one applies as soon as you change it:
    • Period offers Last 7 days (the default) and All notifications.
    • Show sets how many appear per page: 25, 50 or 100.
    • Unread only hides everything you have already read.
  3. Read the line under the filters. It shows "Showing X of Y notifications" and, when you have unread items, how many are unread overall.
  4. Read each card. It shows the time, a title and the full message.
  5. If a card has a button, select it to go to the related page. Its label is the notification's own action text, or Open notification when none was given. Selecting it marks the notification read and takes you to that page.
  6. To mark a notification read without leaving, select Mark as Read on the card. The page reloads with your filters kept and shows "Notification marked as read."
  7. To clear everything, select Mark All Read at the top right. It appears only while you have unread items, and the page then shows "All notifications marked as read."
  8. When there are more notifications than fit on a page, use Previous and Next at the bottom. The footer shows "Page X of Y".

Tips

Choose All notifications for Period to look past the last seven days. Combine it with Unread only to find anything you never opened. If the list is empty, the page says "No Notifications", or "No Unread Notifications" with "You're all caught up!" when Unread only is on.

If something goes wrong

If you see "Failed to load notifications. Please try again." or "An error occurred while loading notifications.", reload the page. If "Failed to mark notification as read." or "Failed to mark all notifications as read." appears, the change did not save; try again. If a card has no button, that notification has no related page and Mark as Read is the only action.
