Link customers to properties
ServiceVisit lets you connect a customer to a Property you service, so the record shows which customer the work is for and where. You would do this when you have a Property with no customer yet. From that Property you go on to a page for selecting a customer, pick one of your customers, and link them. A new link starts with the relationship type Owner, and you can change the type afterwards.
You can start from the customer's record as well as from the Property.
Linking works on customers you already have, so add the customer first. Editing the relationship type and notes once it exists is part of editing customers.
