Advanced Analytics
ServiceVisit lets you view advanced analytics in Reports, on top of the standard reports. You would use it when the overview is not enough and you want to see how work and technicians are performing over a week, month, quarter or year.
An Advanced Analytics page charts jobs over time, the distribution of work classifications, and technician performance. Further reports in the Reports area use the same access: Cycle Time, which tracks how quickly work moves through execution, and Labor Efficiency, which compares approved onsite time with scheduled appointments and shows total working hours and billed labor. The Overview and Performance reports also show historical workload by location.
Work Allocation is also in the Reports area. Exporting report data is a separate action.
