Your ServiceVisit Plan and What Each Plan Includes

Your ServiceVisit plan decides how many properties you can keep on your account. There are three plans: Essentials, Plus and Portfolio. Every plan includes the customer portal, your Property Passport and your service history. The plans differ in how many properties you can claim.

The plans

Plan Price Properties
Essentials $0 a month 1
Plus $4.99 a month, or $49.90 a year Up to 3
Portfolio $9.99 a month, or $99.90 a year Unlimited

Plus and Portfolio start with a 30-day free trial. Choose Essentials if you own one property. Choose Plus if you have a second property or a rental. Choose Portfolio if you manage several properties for yourself or for others.
