Turn quality enforcement on or off
ServiceVisit lets you decide whether quality rules are enforced on your work orders. The switch is the "Enable Quality Rule Enforcement" setting on the Defaults page under Settings. You would use it when you want your work orders held to ServiceVisit's quality rules.
Turning enforcement on asks you to confirm first, because it uses system-defined rules rather than rules you wrote. If you do not hold this ability, the setting is shown but cannot be changed.
Looking at the rules that apply to a work order is a separate action from turning enforcement on.
