Complete a Work Order

ServiceVisit lets you mark a Work Order as complete when the technician has finished the work. A Work Order is one technician assignment under a Job. Completion can be refused when the documentation is not complete, and you are told what is missing so you can fix it and try again.

The same permission lets you suspend a Work Order that cannot finish yet and resume it later, close a Work Order out, and request a follow-on visit for it. It also covers recording steps of an applied work plan.

Completing a Work Order finishes one assignment. The Job, which is the customer's request, may still have other Work Orders. Cancelling a Work Order is a separate action.
