View Dispatch
ServiceVisit lets you see dispatch figures in your reports. On the Performance tab of Reports, holding this permission shows the Utilization & Capacity card, which gives your average response time and a Review Utilization Queue link to open Work Orders, and the First-Time Fix Rate card.
It is one of several permissions that open the Utilization & Capacity card. Managing dispatch, viewing the schedule or viewing the basic schedule also show it, so someone who has any of those does not need this one as well. The First-Time Fix Rate card also appears for people who can view jobs.
Assigning technicians or moving Work Orders on the dispatch board is not part of this capability. Those actions need their own permissions, described under Assign and dispatch appointments and Manage the schedule.
