Export Inventory
ServiceVisit lets you take your inventory data out as a file. You would use it to review it in a spreadsheet, share it with a supplier, or keep your own copy.
On the Import / Export page there are four exports: the catalog, stock by location, low stock, and tools and equipment. Together they cover the items you track, the quantities held at each location, the items that have fallen to or below their reorder point, and the serialized units you own.
The Low stock export lists the same kind of holdings that the Low stock panel on the inventory dashboard shows. The export section is shown only to people who have this action. Bringing data in is a separate action.
