Financial Reports and Earnings
This capability opens the financial reporting pages in the Money area. Billing Reports gives a financial summary for a time range you choose, with revenue by month and a short set of health insights. From there you can download the report as a PDF or a CSV file, or email a summary of it to yourself.
The same capability opens the Money overview, Receivables, Offering Performance and Customer Credit Aging pages, which cover outstanding receivables, how fast invoices are paid, how each package and service plan is performing, and what you are still holding for customers.
It is also what opens the Earnings page. Earnings shows an earnings summary, a paged list of payouts, and upcoming payouts, with a notice when the payment connection delivers payout data with reduced detail.
Exporting the Offering Performance tables and writing off invoice balances are separate actions.
