Money Overview and Financial Health
The Money overview gives a quick read on the financial health of the business. Its tiles show Payment Account status, Outstanding Invoices, Avg Invoice Value, Paid vs Unpaid Ratio, Cash In, which counts completed incoming payments, and Cash Out. If the figures cannot be loaded, the page says so rather than showing zero.
The invoice figures appear for someone who can browse all invoices, and the cash figures for someone who can browse all payments. The overview also links to the receivables report, which ages the outstanding invoices, for those who can view reports.
A financial report summary can be emailed, and it always goes to the address of the person asking. Use the overview as a daily check before drilling into invoices and payments.
