Enter and Correct Time Manually

Manual time entry lets a technician add time they worked but did not record with a timer. On the Timesheets page they add an entry for a work order, either as a start and end time or as a length of time, with optional notes. They can also edit their own entries, which is how a wrong start or end time gets fixed.

It also covers corrections after a manager rejects a timesheet. The technician fixes the affected time, giving a reason, and then resubmits the timesheet for approval.

Running a timer, clocking in and out, and submitting the day are a separate capability, track time. Approving or rejecting submitted timesheets is a third one, held by managers.
